Belly Dance Beginner Choices
Kashmir offers a range of different belly dance beginner classes in Christchurch.Classes are in different suburbs and can have a different focus.
2023 Classes
The October Introduction to Belly Dance course has been postponed due to insufficient pre-paid enrolments.
2024 Classes
The next Introduction to Belly Dance course will start 7 February if there are sufficient pre-paid enrolments.
| Wed 6:00pm | Introduction to Belly Dance | South Brighton | Studio with mirrors. Designed as 8-week course but drop in available ($17). Teaches about belly dance as well as moves with videos and multi-media. $120 for 8 weeks (10 hours) or $90 Early Bird. |

The following are also available with sufficient enrolments (if you have a small group the time and day you want might be able to be organized - otherwise it required enough paid enrolments to go ahead)| Belly Dance Basics | South Brighton | Studio with mirrors. 1 hour classes - light on technique. Course normally 4 weeks but flexible. Class re-starting soon: $10 drop in. |
| Saturday Special | South Brighton | 1 hour classes 11am or 1pm. $60 for 4 weeks. Discount for groups. |
| Girls | South Brighton | 1 hour classes aimed at girls 10-14 years (motivated High School students welcome in adults' class) $35 for 4 weeks. |
